How long does shipping take? Orders ship with tracking in 1–3 business days. Expedited Shipping arrives in 5–8 business days ($15); free standard shipping takes 10–15 business days. Every order is fully tracked — you'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Do I need to choose a size? No — the cord is adjustable. Slide the knot to tighten or loosen it.
What happens if I don't upload a photo? The pendant is engraved with "I love you" in 100 languages by default — you can still send your photo later by emailing support@couplesets.com and we'll talk you through it.
How does engraving work? Your engraving goes on the front. Engraving supports letters, numbers and dates, up to the character limit shown on the engraving field above. Emojis and special symbols aren't possible with our engraving machine. Engraving is an optional add-on at $5.00 per item ($10 for both).
Is it safe for sensitive skin? This set is made with titanium on a cord. Most people with sensitive skin wear it comfortably, but if you have a known metal allergy (nickel, for example), check the material listed above and email support@couplesets.com — we'd rather answer before you order than after.
How do I care for it? Titanium resists corrosion and everyday scratches, so it needs very little: wipe it with a soft cloth, keep it dry, and store it in the pouch. Take it off for heavy gym work to keep the finish sharp.

1. Couplesets is not responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges. The customer is responsible for these charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
2. Please provide sufficient shipping address details to ensure smooth delivery. Accuracy, including apartment/unit numbers, is important. We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect post/zip codes, or any other incorrect shipping information.
3. We do not deliver to P.O. box or APO addresses. Logistics companies refuse to deliver to these addresses, and orders are easily lost.
4. "Business days" excluding holidays. The delivery timeframe varies depending on the destination. While we strive to deliver items within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping time provided above is an estimated time of arrival (ETA), and most of our parcels are delivered within this timeframe. However, due to some uncontrollable factors, the package processing and delivery services in the destination country may be delayed in different ways.

To measure your bracelet size, you can follow these steps:
1. Measure your wrist: Use a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper/string. Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear your bracelet.
2. Mark the point where the tape or string overlaps, forming a complete circle around your wrist.
3. Measure the marked length using a ruler or a measuring tape. This measurement is your wrist circumference.
4. Determine your bracelet size: Add a desired amount of extra length to your wrist circumference to allow for the right fit. A commonly used rule is to add ¼ to ½ an inch (0.6 to 1.3 cm) for a snug fit, or ¾ to 1 inch (1.9 to 2.5 cm) for a looser fit.
Remember to consider the type of bracelet and personal preference when deciding how loose or tight you want it to be.
