What happens if I don't upload a photo? The pendant is engraved with "I love you" in 100 languages by default — you can still send your photo later by emailing support@couplesets.com and we'll talk you through it.
Is it safe for sensitive skin? This set is made with sterling silver on a cord with a magnetic clasp. Most people with sensitive skin wear it comfortably, but if you have a known metal allergy (nickel, for example), check the material listed above and email support@couplesets.com — we'd rather answer before you order than after.
How do I care for it? Sterling silver can tarnish over time — that's normal for the metal. Wear it often, wipe it with a soft polishing cloth, keep it dry, and store it in the pouch; a polishing cloth brings the shine straight back.

We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect post/zip codes, or any other incorrect shipping information.
3. We do not deliver to P.O. box or APO addresses. Logistics companies refuse to deliver to these addresses, and orders are easily lost.
4. "Business days" excluding holidays. The delivery timeframe varies depending on the destination. While we strive to deliver items within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping time provided above is an estimated time of arrival (ETA), and most of our parcels are delivered within this timeframe. To measure your bracelet size, you can follow these steps:
1. Measure your wrist: Use a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper/string. Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear your bracelet.
2. Mark the point where the tape or string overlaps, forming a complete circle around your wrist.
3. Measure the marked length using a ruler or a measuring tape. This measurement is your wrist circumference.
4. Determine your bracelet size: Add a desired amount of extra length to your wrist circumference to allow for the right fit. A commonly used rule is to add ¼ to ½ an inch (0.6 to 1.3 cm) for a snug fit, or ¾ to 1 inch (1.9 to 2.5 cm) for a looser fit.
