The processing time varies depending on the product. Generally, it takes about 2 business days. However, some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours. For engraving or customized orders, the processing time is 2 business days.

We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect post/zip codes, or any other incorrect shipping information.

3. We do not deliver to P.O. box or APO addresses. Logistics companies refuse to deliver to these addresses, and orders are easily lost. If you insist on using a P.O. box address, regardless of the chosen shipping method, it will take more than 15 days to receive the goods.

4. "Business days" refer to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery timeframe varies depending on the destination, and a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
