Due to the uniqueness of our jewelry, each product undergoes manual inspection and individual packaging before being shipped. The total delivery time consists of the processing time and shipping time.

The processing time varies depending on the product. Generally, it takes about 2 business days. However, some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours. For engraving or customized orders, the processing time is 2 business days.

We offer two shipping methods in our online store (All orders are shipped From China):
1. Standard shipping: This option is free and has no minimum order requirement. It typically takes 10-15 business days for delivery.

2. Expedited shipping: For a fee of $15, orders can be shipped via expedited services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and USPS. This method usually takes about 5-8 business days.

Please note the following:

1. Couplesets is not responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges. The customer is responsible for these charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

2. Please provide sufficient shipping address details to ensure smooth delivery. Accuracy, including apartment/unit numbers, is important. We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect post/zip codes, or any other incorrect shipping information.

3. We do not deliver to P.O. box or APO addresses. Logistics companies refuse to deliver to these addresses, and orders are easily lost. If you insist on using a P.O. box address, regardless of the chosen shipping method, it will take more than 15 days to receive the goods.

4. "Business days" refer to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery timeframe varies depending on the destination, and a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. While we strive to deliver items within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping time provided in the table above is an estimated time of arrival (ETA), and most of our parcels are delivered within this timeframe. However, due to some uncontrollable factors, the package processing and delivery services in the destination country may be delayed in different ways.
